In 2011 I first tried networking as a way of growing my business. Although I was very nervous to start with, as talking in public was definitely not my strong point! However with the support from experienced networkers, and practice, I've grown in confidence and found networking really helped to promote my business.
Also meeting and building professional relationships with other independent business owners gave me back the feeling of camaraderie that can be missing when you work by yourself.
Now with this confidence built 2020 is the right time for me to start a new group called:
Women With Synergy - Winchester
The aim of the group is to give local business women the opportunity to meet, connect and grow their businesses together. I also want to pass on the advice and encouragement I was given at the start to help new networkers become confident too.
